21vip Platform Agreement

Welcome to 21vip. These Terms & Conditions ("Agreement", "Terms") govern your access to and use of the 21vip online casino and sports betting platform, accessible at https://21vip.io ("Platform", "Site"). By registering an account, making a deposit, or otherwise using any feature of the 21vip Platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree to any part of this Agreement, you must immediately discontinue use of the Platform.

21vip reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered users via the email address on file. Your continued use of the Platform following notification of changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the 21vip Platform, you enter into a binding agreement with 21vip ("we", "us", "our", "the Company"). This Agreement incorporates by reference all policies published on the Platform, including but not limited to the Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and any game-specific rules displayed within the Platform interface.

These Terms apply to all users of the Platform, including registered account holders, visitors browsing without an account, and any person accessing the Platform through a mobile device, browser, or third-party integration. Accessing the Platform via automated means, bots, or scripts is strictly prohibited and constitutes an immediate breach of this Agreement.

2. Eligibility & Registration

2.1 Age Requirement

The 21vip Platform is strictly available to individuals who are 21 years of age or older. By registering an account, you represent and warrant that you are at least 21 years old. 21vip reserves the right to request documentary proof of age at any point during the account lifecycle. Any account found to belong to an individual under the age of 21 will be immediately suspended, all funds will be frozen pending investigation, and any winnings accrued will be forfeited.

2.2 Geographic Eligibility

You are solely responsible for determining whether online gambling is lawful in your jurisdiction of residence. 21vip makes no representations regarding the legality of its services in any particular jurisdiction. By registering, you confirm that you are not accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is explicitly prohibited by law applicable to you personally. The legal status of online gambling in Bangladesh is ambiguous; players acknowledge this ambiguity and accept sole responsibility for compliance with applicable local laws.

2.3 Account Registration

Each individual may hold only one registered account on the 21vip Platform. Duplicate accounts are strictly prohibited. When registering, you must provide accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and phone number. You agree to keep this information up to date. 21vip is entitled to rely on the information provided and is not liable for any consequence arising from inaccurate or outdated account information.

2.4 Identity Verification (KYC)

21vip operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process in accordance with international best practices for online gaming platforms. You may be required to submit government-issued identification documents, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership before withdrawals are processed. Failure to complete KYC verification within the timeframe specified by 21vip may result in temporary suspension of withdrawal functionality. All identity documents are handled in accordance with the 21vip Privacy Policy.

3. Account Responsibilities

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any third party or permit any other individual to access or use your account. All activity that occurs under your account credentials is your sole responsibility, regardless of whether such activity was authorised by you.

If you suspect that your account has been accessed by an unauthorised party, you must notify 21vip customer support immediately at [email protected]. 21vip will take reasonable steps to investigate reported unauthorised access, but accepts no liability for losses incurred prior to notification.

You must not use your 21vip account for any commercial purpose, including but not limited to operating a betting agency, acting as an intermediary for third parties, or using the Platform on behalf of any other person. Accounts demonstrating patterns consistent with commercial use may be suspended without notice.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Deposit Methods

21vip accepts deposits via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, and Mastercard. All transactions on the 21vip Platform are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The minimum deposit amount is ৳500. 21vip does not accept cash deposits or payments by cheque. You may only deposit funds using payment methods registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party payment sources are prohibited and may result in account suspension.

4.2 Withdrawal Processing

Withdrawal requests are processed Monday through Sunday, including public holidays, by the dedicated 21vip payments team operating at Bangladesh Standard Time (BST, UTC+6). Mobile wallet withdrawals via bKash and Nagad are typically completed within 30 minutes of approval. Visa and Mastercard withdrawals may take between 3 and 5 business days depending on your card issuer. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000. Withdrawals are subject to completed KYC verification.

4.3 Currency & Exchange

All balances, bets, winnings, and transactions on the 21vip Platform are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka. No currency conversion is applied on the Platform side. Any conversion fees charged by your payment provider or card issuer are your sole responsibility. 21vip does not accept cryptocurrency deposits or withdrawals.

4.4 Transaction Limits

21vip reserves the right to set minimum and maximum deposit and withdrawal limits at its sole discretion. These limits may vary by payment method, account verification status, and account tier. Current transaction limits are displayed within the Cashier section of your account. Limits are subject to change with reasonable notice communicated via the Platform or email.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New 21vip accounts may be eligible for a welcome bonus of up to ৳20,000 on initial deposits, subject to the specific terms of the offer active at the time of registration. Welcome bonus offers are available to first-time depositors only. Bonus amounts are credited to your account balance following a qualifying deposit and are subject to wagering requirements as specified in the individual promotion terms.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

All bonuses issued by 21vip are subject to wagering requirements unless explicitly stated otherwise. Wagering requirements must be fulfilled before bonus-derived funds can be converted to withdrawable cash balances. The applicable wagering multiplier, eligible games, and time limits for each promotion are set out in the individual promotion terms, accessible from the Promotions section of the Platform. Attempting to withdraw bonus funds before satisfying wagering requirements will result in forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings.

5.3 Bonus Abuse

21vip reserves the right to withhold, reverse, or cancel any bonus, free spin, cashback, or promotional credit if we reasonably determine that the offer has been claimed or used in a manner inconsistent with its intended purpose. Indicators of bonus abuse include, but are not limited to, opening multiple accounts to claim the same offer, placing offsetting bets to satisfy wagering requirements without genuine game engagement, and coordinating with other players to exploit promotional terms. Accounts found to have engaged in bonus abuse may be permanently suspended.

5.4 Seasonal Promotions

21vip may run seasonal or time-limited promotions coinciding with events such as Eid, Pohela Boishakh, BPL season opener, T20 World Cup, or Victory Day. Each seasonal promotion carries its own specific terms and eligibility criteria, which will be published on the Promotions page of the Platform at the time the offer is active. General bonus terms apply to all promotions unless the seasonal promotion terms expressly state otherwise.

6. Betting Rules

6.1 Sports Betting

All sports bets placed on the 21vip Platform are governed by the specific rules for each sport, displayed within the Sportsbook section. Cricket markets — including BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, and Bangladesh Tigers internationals — are settled based on official results published by the relevant governing body (ICC, BCB, or the relevant league authority). In the event of a dispute over settlement, 21vip's decision is final, subject to the complaints procedure set out in Section 15.

6.2 In-Play Betting

Live in-play betting markets are subject to real-time odds updates. Bets accepted at a given price are locked in at that price at the moment of confirmation. 21vip is not responsible for delays in bet confirmation arising from network latency, device performance, or connectivity issues on the player's side. Bets that fail to confirm before market closure are void and the stake is returned to the player's account balance.

6.3 Casino Games

All casino games on the 21vip Platform, including live dealer games, slots, and instant-win titles, are supplied by third-party game studios including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi. Game outcomes are determined by certified random number generators (RNG) or, in the case of live dealer games, by real physical outcomes at the live studio table. Published Return to Player (RTP) percentages are averages calculated over millions of game rounds and do not guarantee individual session outcomes.

6.4 Void Bets

21vip reserves the right to void any bet placed at odds that were published in error, affected by a technical malfunction, or placed after an event has concluded. Where a bet is voided, the original stake is returned to the player's account balance in full. No compensation beyond the return of the original stake is payable for voided bets.

7. Prohibited Conduct

You agree that while using the 21vip Platform you will not engage in any of the following prohibited activities:

• Opening more than one account, whether in your own name or using false identity information.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tool to interact with the Platform or gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market.
• Exploiting software errors, bugs, or vulnerabilities in the Platform to gain funds or advantages not intended by the game rules.
• Engaging in money laundering, fraud, or any other financial crime using the 21vip Platform.
• Attempting to manipulate or fix the outcome of any sporting event on which bets are offered.
• Using the Platform in a manner that causes disruption, damage, or unreasonable load to 21vip infrastructure.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing 21vip staff or other users via any communication channel.
• Providing false or misleading information to 21vip support, compliance, or payments teams.
• Accessing the Platform using a VPN, proxy, or IP masking technology to circumvent geographic restrictions or security measures.

Violation of any of the above will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of account balances, and, where applicable, reporting to relevant financial or law enforcement authorities.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the 21vip Platform — including but not limited to logos, trademarks, graphics, game assets, software, text, data compilations, and user interface design — is the exclusive property of 21vip or its licensed content partners. No part of the Platform may be reproduced, distributed, transmitted, displayed, or adapted without prior written authorisation from 21vip.

The 21vip name and logo are registered trademarks. Unauthorised use of these marks in any context, including on social media, third-party websites, or printed materials, is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.

Game content supplied by third-party studios (Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, Ezugi, and others) remains the intellectual property of those respective studios and is licensed to 21vip for display on the Platform. You acquire no rights in that content by virtue of playing the games.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 21vip, its officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or business interruption.

21vip's total aggregate liability to any individual user for any claim arising under or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that user to 21vip in the 30 calendar days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. 21vip makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the Platform's fitness for any particular purpose, uninterrupted availability, or error-free operation. Scheduled maintenance periods will be communicated in advance where possible, but 21vip accepts no liability for disruption caused by emergency maintenance or third-party infrastructure failures.

10. Privacy & Data

21vip collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with the 21vip Privacy Policy, which forms part of this Agreement by reference. By registering an account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. This includes, but is not limited to, identity verification data, transaction records, game history, IP address logs, and device identifiers.

21vip uses industry-standard SSL/TLS encryption to protect data transmitted between your device and the Platform's servers. Account passwords are stored using one-way cryptographic hashing. 21vip does not sell personal data to third parties for marketing purposes. Data may be shared with payment processors, identity verification partners, and fraud prevention services solely for the purposes of operating the Platform and fulfilling legal obligations.

11. Responsible Gaming

21vip is committed to providing a safe and responsible gaming environment for all users. The Platform offers a comprehensive suite of responsible gaming tools, accessible from Account Settings at any time without requiring contact with support:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly maximum deposit amounts to control your spending.
• Loss Limits: Cap the total amount you are willing to lose within a defined period.
• Session Time Reminders: Receive pop-up alerts at intervals of 30, 60, 90, or 120 minutes during an active gaming session.
• Cooling-Off Periods: Temporarily suspend your account for a period of 1 day to 6 weeks. During a cooling-off period, all login access is blocked and no marketing communications are sent.
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently close your account. Self-exclusion requests are processed immediately and are irreversible. Any remaining balance at the time of self-exclusion will be returned to your registered payment method after standard verification checks.

12. Termination

21vip reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate any account at any time, with or without prior notice, for any breach of these Terms, suspected fraudulent activity, failure to complete KYC verification, or for any other reason that 21vip determines in its sole discretion to be in the best interest of the Platform or its users. Where an account is terminated due to a breach of these Terms, any remaining balance may be forfeited.

You may close your account at any time by contacting 21vip support at [email protected]. Upon voluntary closure, any remaining balance (net of pending bonus wagering requirements) will be returned to your registered payment method within 5 business days, subject to completed KYC verification. Account closure does not affect any legal rights or obligations that have already arisen prior to closure.

13. Amendments

21vip may amend these Terms at any time. Where changes are material — meaning they significantly affect your rights or obligations — we will provide at least 14 days' notice by email to your registered address before the changes take effect. Non-material changes (such as corrections of typographical errors, clarifications that do not alter the substance of any provision, or updates reflecting changes to game providers) may take effect immediately upon publication on the Platform.

The version of the Terms currently in force is always accessible at https://21vip.io/terms-conditions. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this document indicates when the most recent revision was made. If you do not accept any amended Terms, you must close your account before the effective date of the change.

14. Governing Law

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which 21vip is incorporated as an offshore entity. Any disputes that cannot be resolved through the complaints procedure set out in Section 15 shall be referred to binding arbitration under the rules of a recognised international arbitration body, as designated by 21vip at the time the dispute is referred.

Nothing in this clause limits your rights as a consumer under any mandatory consumer protection laws that may apply in your jurisdiction of residence. However, 21vip makes no representation that the Platform or its services are appropriate or available for use in any specific location, and access from jurisdictions where online gambling is prohibited is at the player's sole risk and responsibility.
